ATFT Reality TV Show "American Champion" unknown amateur boxers chance 
to fight World Champion Larry Holmes in a title bout for the American 
Championship Belt.

It'll be the "Summer of Reality" as broadcast networks saturate their 
line-ups with unscripted Reality TV shows.

development. This reality-based TV show takes unknown amateur boxers and 
gives them a chance at a Real Rocky Story fighting for the chance to 
fight World Champion Larry Holmes in a title bout for the American 
Championship Belt.

on the air by the fall of 2004.

evident.  NBC recently licensed Sylvester Stallone=92s boxing reality

be redone as a feature film, starring Tommy Habeeb and Burton Gilliam 
as well as sports superstars from the short film version.  This feature 
film is based on the critically acclaimed short film "Deep Ellum".
